Business insurance
Business insurance encompasses policies protecting entrepreneurs and commercial property owners against financial losses from sudden, unforeseen events. For office, retail and industrial real estate, this typically includes coverage for property damage (fire, theft, weather), commercial liability, loss of rental income and business interruption.
Premiums are calculated based on risk indicators such as location, construction type, operational use, asset value and business scale. When a claim is filed, the insured must provide notice and documentation; the insurer then assesses and approves or denies the claim.
Such policies are often mandatory in lease agreements and critical for financial stability and creditworthiness.
