Terms & conditions

These terms apply to any use of the RE-SEARCH platform (re-search.com and related subdomains, including the RE-CONNECT portal). By using the site you accept these terms.

Definitions

RE-SEARCH: the provider of the platform, established in the Netherlands.

Platform: the re-search.com website including subdomains and the RE-CONNECT portal.

User: any individual or legal entity accessing or using the platform.

Listings: real-estate objects shown on the platform, provided by landlords, brokers or third parties.

Platform use

The public site is freely accessible to seekers of commercial real estate. Access to the RE-CONNECT portal requires an invitation or verifiable account (landlord, tenant or broker).

You may only use the platform for its intended purpose: searching, offering or brokering commercial real estate. Automated scraping, circumventing access controls or disrupting the service is prohibited.

Accuracy of information

We aim for accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee it. Rental and sale prices, surface areas, availability and other property characteristics are largely provided by third parties. No rights can be derived from the information shown.

Any resulting lease or sale agreement is made solely between you and the landlord or seller, not with RE-SEARCH.

Services

RE-SEARCH also offers, under separate engagement, services such as search support (EXPLORE), leasing support (RE-NT), return analysis (RE-TURN), valuation (RE-VIEW) and marketing (CREATE). These services are subject to additional engagement letters or quotations.

Accounts & security

RE-CONNECT portal access is provided via magic-link authentication on your email address. You are responsible for securing your email account and not sharing magic links with third parties.

If you suspect abuse, contact us at info@re-search.com. We may suspend accounts where we detect misuse.

Intellectual property

All texts, trademarks, logos, map layers, images and content on the platform are owned by RE-SEARCH or its licensors. Reuse, copying or publication outside the platform is only permitted with prior written consent.

By supplying content to us (e.g. property photos or descriptions as a landlord) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display this content within the platform.

Liability

RE-SEARCH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed savings, nor for damages caused by incorrect or incomplete information on the platform.

If liability arises, it is limited to the amount paid out under our liability insurance, or failing that, the amount invoiced to you in the six months preceding the incident.

These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

Availability

We aim for maximum availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates or technical incidents can cause temporary downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms and the platform. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated actively.

Governing law

These terms and any use of the platform are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the judicial district where RE-SEARCH is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
