Real estate
Real estate comprises land and all structures affixed to it: offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, warehouses and the ground itself. Unlike movable assets, real property is immobile and derives much of its value from location, accessibility and surrounding infrastructure.
In commercial contexts, real estate serves as investment capital, operational space or revenue-generating leasehold. Valuation depends on physical condition, market demand, rental yields and zoning regulations. Ownership is formally recorded in the land registry.
