Turnkey delivered describes a commercial space that is transferred to the tenant or buyer in a complete, ready-to-use condition. All structural work, technical installations, and interior finishes are already in place and fully functional.
The occupant can immediately commence business operations without undertaking any additional building works. Typically included are:
- Finished interior surfaces—walls, flooring, and ceilings
- Operational MEP systems: electrical, plumbing, and climate control
- Compliant access routes, stairwells, and emergency exits
- Standard interior finishes and, in some cases, basic furnishings
This significantly reduces lead time to occupancy and transfers construction risk away from the end-user.
