The Glaverbel Building at Terhulpsesteenweg (Chaussée de La Hulpe) 166 in Watermael-Boitsfort is one of the finest examples of modernist functional architecture in Belgium. It was built between 1964 and 1967 as the headquarters of glass manufacturer Glaverbel, to a design by Renaat Braem, Pierre Guilissen, André Jacqmain and Victor Mulpas. Its perfectly circular shape, wrapped around a green inner garden with mature trees, gives the building a strong identity and provides daylight and green views on every floor.

The building was thoroughly renovated in 1997 to meet new architectural and environmental standards. It offers 31,550 m² of office space, 2,022 m² of archive space and 463 parking spaces. The old solar panels have been replaced by a new generation of panels, there is a new building management system and more than 100 EV charging points; the building runs on 100% green electricity. LED lighting, an EPC B label and a geothermal study are planned. Available floor areas and rents are on request.
