The CBR Building at Terhulpsesteenweg (Chaussée de La Hulpe) 185 in Watermael-Boitsfort is an iconic modernist office building by Belgian architect Constantin Brodzki, built between 1967 and 1970 as the headquarters of cement producer CBR. It is known for its facade of 756 prefabricated concrete modules with organic shapes, which give it a sculptural appearance. In 2018 it was recognised as protected heritage for its architectural value.

That same year the building was thoroughly renovated to modern standards with respect for the original interior: the oval windows, concrete ceilings and warm timber finishes still define the atmosphere. It offers 8,084 m² of office space, 812 m² of archive space and 190 parking spaces. There are additional EV charging points, a new bicycle shed with a green roof, LED lighting and energy monitoring; replacement of the windows to improve insulation is planned. Available floor areas and rents are on request.
