Office space rent – district Hoofddorp Beukenhorst Oost
€/sqm per year
Rental prices for prime office space in Hoofddorp Beukenhorst Oost surged 42% from 2016 to 2026, climbing from €155 to €220 per m². Growth was steady between 2016–2019 (€155 to €172), reflecting baseline demand for quality stock. The pandemic temporarily dented rents in 2020 (€168), followed by cautious recovery in 2021 (€170). From 2022 onwards, acceleration became pronounced: €180 → €220 by 2026. This reflects structural tightness in prime peripheral nodes, as organisations seek flexible A-grade space outside congested CBDs post-hybrid adoption. Rising construction costs have constrained new supply, while Hoofddorp's connectivity and maturing office park continue attracting tenants seeking cost-balanced locations with modern amenities.
