Property portfolio

A property portfolio is a collection of different real estate assets—such as multiple buildings, land parcels, or investment units—presented and traded as one consolidated offering. This may include contiguous land, geographically dispersed commercial spaces, or a mix of asset classes (office, retail, warehouse).

Developers and investors favour portfolio sales because they streamline the transaction process, create economies of scale, and distribute risk. For buyers, this typically provides negotiating leverage and improved terms, though it also increases due diligence complexity.
