Property
A property is a tangible, location-specific asset subject to ownership or usage rights. It may be an entire building, a subdivided unit within it (such as an office floor or retail suite), or a vacant plot of land.
For brokers and investors, the property is the fundamental trading unit. Its market value depends on location, size, condition, intended use (office, retail, industrial) and, if leased, the remaining term of tenant agreements.
Each property is uniquely identified in systems and listings by address, cadastral reference, and use classification to ensure all stakeholders refer to the same physical asset.
