Net Lettable Area (NLA) represents the square meters genuinely available to a commercial tenant for their business operations. Rental rates and lease agreements are calculated on this measurement.

NLA excludes common corridors, lift cores, stairwells, technical installations, external wall thickness, and any space not assigned to the tenant. This standard ensures consistency across property markets and applies uniformly to office, retail, and industrial space valuation.
