What is a flex workspace?

A flex workspace is a desk inside a shared office that you rent per day, week or month. You get access to a desk, fast internet, meeting rooms, coffee and the usual facilities — without having to lease a traditional office. The provider handles fit-out, maintenance and overheads.

Unlike a traditional office, you don't need a long-term contract. Locations may offer hot desks only, or also private team rooms within the flex concept. Month-to-month termination and scaling is common.

What is the difference between a hot desk and a fixed desk?

At a hot desk you pick any free seat in the shared workspace each day. With a fixed desk you have a dedicated workplace that is always yours, often with a lockable cabinet.

Can I cancel a flex workspace monthly?

At most locations yes — typically with a one-month notice. Some providers require a 3 or 6 month minimum for the sharpest rates.

Are meeting rooms included?

Many packages include a number of free meeting room hours per month. Beyond that you pay per hour or half-day.

What is included in the price?

Can I register my company at a flex workspace address?
